Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: Players who cancel within 24 hours before the start of the class will be charged at the full rate. This is to ensure that the instructor’s time is valued and that other players have the opportunity to take the class if there are any cancellations. Weather Policy: If 50% of the class is completed and then it rains, the class will count as a full class and no refunds will be offered. This is because the instructor has already invested their time and effort into teaching the class, and it would not be fair to offer refunds for something outside of their control. Misconduct Policy: All forms of misconduct are unacceptable and will not be tolerated. This includes, but is not limited to, verbal abuse, physical abuse, racket abuse or disrespecting the facility, harassment, and discrimination. Any player found to be engaging in such behaviour will be subject to disciplinary action, which may include suspension or expulsion from the class.
